Great for Squats and Dead Lifts

This is a terrific shirt for workouts. It supports your back and allows just the right amount of flexibility to do squats or dead lifts. I recommend this for anyone that wants better posture or support of back and abdominal area.

It was tight to put on and take off but it did help straighten my posture and it did help lessen the pain so I could stand for a longer period of time. I’ve tried many other products and this, while not a perfect solution,
