I bought in Hope's it would help relieve my lower back pain but it didnt do anything from the waist down. A waste of money unless you have upper back pain.

I'm always looking for ways to help my thoracic stenosis and although these are for lower back they also have been very helpful for me. Easy to wear under dress clothes as well. They are, however, true to size unlike the short sleeve shirts so do not buy a size down.

I don't usually write reviews unless something is really bad. But I have to say these shirts are amazing. I work at a hospital in shipping & receiving and do heavy lifting for most of the day. I have had no back pain for the two weeks I have worn these. Now I don't have to use my uncomfortable back belt. Thank You! I will be buying more of these when I can afford them.
