Love this basic!

I am 5’ 2 1/2, 122lbs. I buy the medium. This size in TC fits me best and still easy enough to get on from my experience. Love the extra support with my back issues and surgery.

Best bra for my back!

I love these Tommie Copper lower back support bras. I have 3 of them now and they are great! I wear them especially when I am babysitting my great granddaughter and when attending my granddaughter's softball games. They are great fitting and really help my back at all times.

I also give the bras of five star rating. I have had neck and upper and lower back pain most of my life From fibromyalgia. They help me during the day. But I do not recommend you sleep with it on, for me anyway.
