I thought this shirt would help with my posture but itI does not seem to help.I believe the mistake was mine.If I had to do it over I would have purchased a second lower back support shirt instead.I really like the way that I feel when I have it on.I would feel guilty returning the shoulder support shirt because the mistake was mine.Thank you.

Helps improve posture. Comfortable and thin enough not adding bulk under shirts or sweatshirts.
