Fits nicely, but mediocre shoulder support; fabric does NOT breathe so is very uncomfortable to wear in warm weather, actually is unbearably "hot" to wear. I have put it away until Fall or Winter when maybe it will be a pleasure to wear as a layer. Don't feel it performed as advertised, but cost prohibitive to return it considering shipping fees to do so.

I bought this shirt after trying several methods of shoulder pain relief. I wish I would have bought it sooner. My shoulder pain is not completely eliminated, but it is diminished significantly, allowing for more effective workouts. It is the only relief I have found in a multi-year search. If you have shoulder pain, give this shirt a try.
