The shirt is excellent. It has definitely helped my right shoulder pain secondary to arthritis. The shirt also helps with my posture as it keeps my upper back and shoulders well aligned.
I definitely recommend the shirt to anywho has shoulder or upper back problems as well as poor posture.

Need a size chart

My hubby has worn the Japanese Titanium t-shirts for years in size medium. He finds them very theraputic. I ordered a Tommie shirt for him in medium and it takes 2 of us to get it on and off him. I weigh 119 and it is a snug fit even for me. Having concerns for the two son-in-laws I bought the large ones for their birthdays in March.
