Very tight fit as designed. Once on very comfortable. I have arthritis in my shoulders so use the shirt when I know I’m going to be stressing them. Seems to help.

Would live to see this in a 3X. My husband really likes the shirt, but would be more comfortable in a 3X.

I like the shoulder support shirts a lot. There is definitely a significant reduction in discomfort when I am wearing one plus a greater range of motion. Would not be without one.

Size Does Matter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shirts seem like nice shirts providing necessary support. However, the size guide determined a size for me that was too small and makes the shirt uncomfortable to wear. And the items were also determined to not be exchangeable. Perhaps be guided to buy the next size up for a comfortable fit.
