These provide a feeling of support and stability for my compression fractures in my upper thoracic spine. The shoulder support improves my posture and thus my thoracic spine.

Good, but not what I thought.

The shoulder support is ok, I wasn't sure what to expect. The support aspect is there but it doesn't pull my shoulders back or encourages me to stand taller it just feels tight. Now I'm wondering if I could get the same results from a Spanx shirt?

The armpits are too tight

Having Shoulder issue. The Tommie Copper Shoulder Support shirt has been amazing in improving my ability to work out and it definitely has helped relieve aches and pains. Love copper products.
