As a practicing Chiropractor for 20 years I spend 8+ hours per day in a forward bent position. While helping my patients improve their posture I have comprised my own and developed shoulder and upper back pain. After wearing the shoulder centric shirt for only two hours the pain between my shoulder blades disappeared!!
After removing the shirt I felt a natural floating sensation for several hours. My shoulders remained retracted and my head was in an upright position. Overall - my posture was improved.
Definitely a breakthrough product and one I will recommend to my patients.

I bought this product to help my shoulders, it is to firm and some what uncomfortable, I`ve had to wear it inside out because the stiching is very rough and like a rr track ,,, a lot of money wasted...................

Their best compression shirt by far

I have used Tommie copper products for several years and this is by far the best, helps both my upper and mid back and shoulder issues. Sizing is everything though, and you may need to try different sizes, I ended going a size smaller, took a full day for me to get used to it but worked best for me but I have a lot of back and shoulder issues. I would like to see them make something that put this type of focus on neck muscles.

We had high hopes for this shirt. I buy Tommie Copper for my husband often and never had to return any of the shirts I have purchased for him. But this shirt was too small. He wears a 2XL, unfortunately the arm holes are too tight and they do not offer a bigger size. Very disappointing.
