Purchased this item a month ago. 'Admit the products has good materials, and impressively design/made. But, it doesn't do anything to aided with upper body problem solving. Bottom lines, I am disappointed with myself for purchasing this item, and will not recommend this product. Thanks!!!,

At first, I felt a little soreness after wearing this shirt, mainly because all th muscles I haven’t been using were forced to work properly. After just the first week, everyone has noticed something different, which basically is the way I stand tall with improved posture!

I do not recommend this shirt. I wear either a L or XL. I purchased an XL and this shirt is WAY too tight and small and uncomfortable. Furthermore, it does nothing. I do not notice any discernible support for my shoulder. I do not recommend this product at all.
