I have been using copper sox for about a year. I was amazed at how much they helped on the very first wearing. Not so with the shoulder support shirt. I wore it to bed and in the morning I felt no relief.

I really liked the support when I first wore this shirt and it relieved my shoulder pain considerably. I will see after each washing the shirt does not fit the same or provide the same level of relief
