If I could give it zero I would, not the saw but the company. The company put my life in danger by giving me a crappy product that broke the second time I used it. Then they blame me for misusing it. Never buy any saw from this company ever

This saw surpassed my expectations. First time out I spent over an hour, on a single charge, cutting juniper with many pieces 8" to 10". The saw performed almost as well as my 18" Still gas saw.

I purchased this saw essentially as a trim saw. I cut pieces generally not larger than 6” diameter. That said this is an excellent saw and not as expensive as other alternatives. It is easy to operate, safe, and does a great job. One caution like all chainsaws you need to clean this saw after about an hour of cutting. Cleaning takes 5-10 minutes to do a good job. It’s worth the time. The chain is remarkable sharp after some six hours of use. Overall excellent saw, great battery, no complaints or concerns.

The saw works perfect for what I need it for. Don't expect it to work all day without multiple recharges, but to trim limbs or cut fallen tree limbs it works perfectly. I easily sawed through 12" diameter logs without any issue. I made approximately 25 cuts before the battery was drained, but I was done so it did not matter. The saw is also quite light and only runs when you are pulling the trigger with is also nice.
