This is my favorite drill. I have been using Skill drills for 55 years. The battery life per charge is fantastic. It is light weight and powerful. The only negative is the chuck releases my drill or driver bit when the torque limit ratchets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So I own a LOT of Skil 12v pwr core tools, I love them . Yet I needed a drill for cutting 4 inch hole saw cut outs, my 12v drill does do it but don't want to kill it.This drill has great all metal chuckplenty of clutch settings and enough power. Complete with 2ah battery and fast charger.
I recommend to all.

Only problem is after making the bit tight and drilling briefly it loosens up so the bit stops turning. Had the same problem with my first Skill. That one stopped charging. Replaced the battery but it still failed to hold a charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
