Fast Charging, Good Torque

I just got this 20V brushless SKIL drill driver and used it to build a horse shelter. To say the least, I was very impressed. It is lightweight for a 20V. The battery charges very fast and has a long battery life. My favorite features are the tool belt clip, the rubber grip, and being able to charge USB devices while away from an outlet. I was able to drive in 4 inch Lag bolts with ease. The light shines at the screw and around it which is a big plus. I have had some drills where the light is near the trigger and it gets blocked by your hand or does not shine where it is needed. The keyless chuck is superb. Can tighten it with ease with out tearing your hands up. The one thing I would change about it is having a place to put a spare bit. I would recommend this drill. I gave it a 4/5 due to not knowing the longevity of the drill.

Okay but , I got this three ago and it has plenty of torque and run time . Pretty well balanced and has a good feel. The two draw backs it drops bits in reverse if you don't keep checking and tightening the chuck which is a pain when your up on ladder and your bit hits the ground. Second is the forward / reverse switch which is very touchy . Doesn't take much pressure to move it and then it locks the trigger.

I'm a 65 year-old grandma having problems with arthritis, plus my upper body strength is non-existent. I got this power drill with a cleaning brush set so I could clean my bathtub (the cleaning brushes has an extending "wand) and oven, etc. to my satisfaction without killing myself. This drill powers up those brushes and scouring pads and leaves everything like-new clean! Never thought a power drill would occupy a place of importance with my cleaning supplies, but my little SKIL drill is now a must-have. I love it!
