This trimmer is very well made and feels more like a commercial quality trimmer. It is very easy to assemble and I can trim a medium size lawn several times before recharging. I have no doubt this trimmer will provide many years of good service.

OMG once again Skil making my life better. I love this thing. I have used gas powered trimmers for years as I’m getting older they are getting heavier and harder to start. The trimmer is light weight and all you have to do is insert a charged battery and push a button. No worrying about priming, no mixing 2 cycle oil, no mess other than the weeds and grass flying. There is one thing I wish Skil would hurry up and come with is a battery operated pump sprayer. I’ll be the first one in line to buy it.

Very nice. The only thing less than ideal is the balance. The bottom end is disproportionately heavy, but that probably would be hard to improve without adding unnecessary weight to the top.

Super easy to assemble, love that it is bump feed , it is lightweight, good for a taller person to use and battery had ample power to be able to use a few times with the leaf blower on the same charge. I’m very happy with this purchase
