I was a little skeptical, buying a battery powered trimmer. So far, for me, battery charge has not been a problem. Took a little time, to get used to to the balance, of the machine. I do have a couple gripes. The two power buttons, should have been closer together. Seems like, much pressure is needed to start the machine. Also, the string guard, should have been larger, to keep grass clippings off my lower pant legs. Otherwise, a pretty good trimmer.

Nice lightweight trimmer, all I need for my smaller lawn and what trimming I need to do. I have other skil tools that uses power core batteries, so I won't have to wait on charging. I would recommend this trimmer to anyone

The trimmer works good, and the battery life is more than enough to complete the trimming of my 1/2 acre lot. It is designed for someone 5'10" or taller, so if you're shorter, consider a different model.
