I use this in my garage. It is attached to my house but doesn't have A/C. This unit has cooled my garage down and help keep the room above the garage cooler. Would buy again and recommend.

The only portable AC you SHOULD buy

This is the COLDEST AC I have ever used. It is colder than any window unit I have ever used and the room it is in is noticeably the coldest room in our apartment. If you live in a room with a fire escape window this ac is really a no brainer. On days where the apartment gets humid I use this to dehumidify. I've only used it in the summer so far but I have no doubt I will be using it in the winter months as well. Assembly took two seconds and all of the parts are easy to take down and store for the winter months. It is also the most aesthetically pleasing portable ac I have seen on the market and less bulky compared to competitors. This is really a great buy and I think every apartment should have one. Did I mention it has wheels?? 10/10

I have to say I was skeptical… It’s turned out to be great. I am working on finishing my shop and not ready for AC and heating so I bought this to get me by. The shop is 850sqft with 8’ ceilings. Insulated walls but haven’t completed the attic insulation. It easily drops the temp 8-10 degrees with most of the heat coming from the uninsulated attic. Once that is complete, I bet it’s closer to 20-25 degrees.

I got this air conditioner, unboxed it and set it up in my house. Super easy to set up and works great. My house is 1000 square ft. I know this is made for 500 square ft but my home is insulated very well and after running the Newair air conditioner all day withe the outside temp at 98 degrees and the air conditioner set at 70 degrees, it did a wonderful job at keeping my whole house cool. I also plan to use this in my RV from time to time! In my opinion it deserves 10 stars!

Absolutely love that this AC unit has a sleeve for the hose! I do wish the hose and cord were longer but overall this is doing great thus far! Customer service was a great help when the remote came smashed. They sent a new one out no issues

Got these units during a heat wave to keep our living space cool for our 18 month old and newborn baby and couldn't be happier. Not too loud. Nice that it has the heating option too!
