Very fun to cook with. easy clean up. Great pan. I do have a few concerns though:
1. handles get VERY HOT when cooking.
2. Instructions say can't be used on a convection stove top. WHY? I was planning to get a new convection stove so this is somewhat disappointing.

Very disappointing. Thought this was meant for induction stove-top. Waited till the product arrived to replace the stove top. On the same day, unpacked my new cookware, had my stove replaced with induction, and gave away my old cookware. The only thing we had was a small pan from GreenPan that is in fact for induction. Dismayed when we put one of the pots on the stove to make pasta and it wouldn't work. After about 20 minutes of re-reading the directions and re-trying, I tried attaching a refrigerator magnet to the bottom of the pot and it fell off. I was so annoyed. We now have no cookware and will have to start shopping again, which may take several weeks for delivery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very impressed with the quality of GreenPan since I started using their cookware and this set of Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frypan is no different.
Both frying pan are nicely made, have a good weight distribution and most importantly, cook very evenly. The nonstick coating also makes it very easy to cook and to clean. The gold-tone handles give the pans a nice luxury finish.
Overall, I am pretty satisfied with this set and highly recommend it.
