I baby my pots and pans. I am a baker by trade and know how important keeping your cookware in good condition can be to the quality of the food you’re making. These pans were a massive disappointment. One use with lids, and my cookware is already chipping where the lid rests on them. I’m honestly shocked these pans get such good reviews. They didn’t even last a single week in my house, which is so sad.

I loved the look of these pans and did lots of research before selecting.. there are always mixed reviews with anything. Now that I have owned them for 1 year, I thought it was time for a real review. Not worth the money! Both pans are already needing to be replaced as everything is sticking to them horribly! Nonstick definitely did not last long. The pots are obviously fine since everything used in them is liquid base. Now the search begins again to find better pans.
Overall we like the pan set, but after a couple weeks of light use, the interior enamel is getting nicks even though we are only using the GreenPan non-scratch utensils with the cookware.

Not Worth It

Don't waste your money on these pans. Their guidelines don't help make these last. For this price tag I expected them to last 10+ years. After a year of mild, light use - following all of their instructions these pans look terrible. The ceramic coating has chipped they are completely stained. Custom service has been unhelpful and unwilling to provide a replacement.
I was skeptical about some of the reviews regarding the chipping and paint coming off. Unfortunately it’s true. I’ve had my set for 20 days and used a pan and a pot maybe 3-4 times ( washed with extra care store in separate place with Felt dividers to protect them yet somehow the top rim is chipping and the handles already have rust! For something that’s this pricey and supposed to last this is definitely not normal. I will say I’ve never seen pans and pots cook so well and have never had to scrub anything! You can literally clean the. With just water! But the company should definitely look into the chipping and rust I get it pans will chip and get old but after a significant amount of time not 3 weeks of rare use! . It ruined it for me and I’ve sent an email to make a return.

the 10" frypan cooks a grilled cheese sandwich more evenly than a new ceramic coated cast iron pan from a more expensive French brand , which always required extra care to preserve the ceramic surface when cleaning. .
.the slipperier non stick surface is a welcome upgrade from cleaning the French pan, which was advertised as non stick , but is textured and required soaking to clean the same residue I can wipe off with detergent and water with the green pan.
I like that the green pan is light and slippery enough to flip omelettes, unlike the similar ceramic coated cast iron where eggs would stick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceptionally Disappointing

I was so excited about this set and for the first use it was wonderful. And it was down hill after that.
They look used after the first use, with the bottom & sides stained. Nothing will budge the stains either, have tried a concentrated power spray, baking soda, vinegar, slightly abrasive cleaners the company tells you avoid all to no avail and the pans look worse after every use.
They also loose their non-stick properties vary quickly. Was great the first couple of uses and now everything sticks to the pan (more noticeable on the skillets versus the pots however I use the skillets more so could be that). And after you have cooked in you no longer non-stick pan it is a mega pain to clean as the company says not to use nylon scrubbers or abrasive cleaners. When the food is caked on you have little choice but to try and used those items and probably further degrade the cookware.
The company advises to not tap your utensils against the edge of the pan as it will chip the edges. I have made a concerted effort to avoid doing this and the edges still have chips.
Pro: They are beautiful
Cons: They don't stay beautiful, loose their non-stick qualities after about the 3rd use, edges chip easily, the exterior stains very, very easily even on the first use.
These have such good reviews over all that I was so looking forward to updating my cookware. Maybe I got a bad set or something but these have been some of the worst cookware I have ever owned.
My wife loves the pans. The color scheme, the design, everything. There are only 2 problems. 1) the 3 quart saucepan is already chipped on the white part around the edge, and all we've done is boil milk and water. 2) there is no way to order additional pieces that match. This set would be 5 star otherwise.
