Buy a different brand, not truly non-stick

I purchased this set about a year ago and have thrown away one pan and about to throw out a second one because everything sticks! Soe of the pans more than others. I am unsure if this is a defect or if the non-stick coating wears away quickly the more you use it. I would not buy a green pan again.

The style looks nice and modern. We like the non stick usage. The description stated that it is easy to wash but it’s not true. It also stated that if boil water it should be quick to heat it up but that’s not true either.

Excellent non-stick, with great heat transfer

I purchased the 8, 10, 12" pans, and have been using for 3 weeks. The non-stick properties are unbelievable. Each item placed in the pan moves freely, and requires only the smallest amount of oil.
All of the claims that Greenpan makes about these pans are true, but a competitor, Hex-clad seems to exaggerate all of their claims. The Hex-clad surface seems to degrade very quickly, and the external surface, and the rims of the pans began to discolor immediately.
I've been carefully monitoring all three of the Greenpans (washing by hand, regularly examining the pan's inside and outside finishes, and have found no scarring, or degradation in any way.
These pans are excellent, and I may have found a pan that will last a lifetime.

Everything Sticks

I purchased these pans 4 months ago and at first only bacon and sausage were sticking to the frying pans, but now everything I cook in the pans are sticking (even if I use nonstick spray). They are extremely difficult to clean even after soaking in soap and water for over 30 minutes. The white color is also coming off around the edges. The pink color is beautiful and exactly as pictured, I just hate that they are not non-stick and so difficult to clean. For the price, these are not worth the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the color is gorgeous. It adds a nice flair to my kitchen. As far as cooking, I love the nonstick interior. I love that I don't need any additional fats or oils to make items stick to pan. An egg fried up nicely without butter! The pans are easy to transport. They are not heavy to carry.

Hands down my favorite frying pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my ceramic frying pans! There are 3 different sizes for my different needs of them in the kitchen. I have not had anything stick to them so far and the heat seems to distribute evenly while cooking and are very easy to clean. I also adore the periwinkle color!

Still Pretty and non-stick

MrsMom here again - raising my rating slightly from six months ago. I have had the pans a year and a half now. I discovered that a new dishwashing power spray gets these pans right back to like new non-stick. I can flip eggs again without them sticking. They still tend to chip easily, but they are so beautiful. I do not put them in the dishwasher and I do not use metal utensils. I treat them like my Grandmother’s good china. The light interior does not stain or discolor, but the bottom of the pan does, as all pans will, with use. Much happier with this purchase since I found the blue spray wash.
