These are beautiful and SO easy to clean. Sadly, they’re a bit fragile. Mine got a scratch from a dish being set on it in the sink. Now I can’t even use it!

My in-laws bought this pan set for my husband and I. We have started using them just under a month ago. We have been as careful as we can be as ceramic is a fragile material; using silicone utensils, storing separately, letting the cool down before washing, not using high heat, and not leaving in the sink. These pan are super non-stick and heat up really quick.
These are not made for people who actually use their pans.
Products that cost this much should be durable enough to be used day to day without chips and dings 1 month in.
Be up front about the highly limited durability of the materials you are using.

Buyer beware of the “non stick” coating and chips

We received these as a Christmas gift. A couple of the pots began chipping pretty quickly and I’d say on one of the frying pans the coating lasted about 3 months and this is cleaning per the instructions. We will see if greenpan stands by the product, but at this point considering it was such a large investment and gift from our family I’m not sure what to do. It’s embarrassing to say hey you spent a lot of money on a set we aren’t happy with. I guess we will gradually switch out the product. Pretty pan though so I guess that’s something good.

Stickiest non-stick ever

I received the 9.5” pan for Christmas. I was excited to replace my old non-stick that was badly scratched. It took some time to get used to using a lower temp - it gets very hot even on lower temps. Everything I’ve cooked on it has stuck - I always use oil in the pan. For some foods that’s not necessarily a bad thing though it is very annoying, but I haven’t been able to make a decent egg since I got it. The only thing it’s good for is scrambling. I kept my old pan just in case and will be pulling it out of storage. Really disappointed in this pan.

My sauté pan has chip marks with the second use. I made sure to use the recommended utensils and hand washed my pans with the soft sponge they gave me. I also made sure to buy the pan divider so they do not touch. I emailed the company and was told that this is normal and the pans are going to chip. But to chip after the second use is ridiculous. Very displeased and would not recommend.

Great nonstick surface!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are great! The nonstick surface is holding up great, even after going through the dishwasher. I also like that they can be used with metal utensils. I was worried about the handle getting hot since it is metal, but it doesn't seem to be a problem since it just gets a little warm, but not enough to burn your hand.

Interior Color Not a Match for my Existing Set

I have a set of Twilight Reserve pots and pans I purchased a few months ago and wanted to add some additional frypans. The new Twilight frypan set interior is a cool gray, not the creamy white that my existing set has. While this doesn't detract from their usefulness it would be nice if there was consistency in the Reserve line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GreenPan - Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frypan Set | Black with Gold-Tone Handles is a wonderful set. I needed upgrading for cooking. Haven’t had a set in ages. This non stick pan set met my expectations for cooking. My meat cooked fast and evenly. No burnt areas. Juicy meat. Cooking time was cut in half. Easy to wipe up and clean with mild soap. Washing with a light sponge. The gold handles made it look fancy enough. The only con is best to cook with a light oil always and don’t use any heavy metals to void scrapping the coating off. But I love them and have been using them on repeat for cooking more things now. .
I would recommend this to a friend!
