Paint chipping and wearing after 2-3 months

The gold paint on the handles started wearing out after only a couple runs in the dishwasher.
The white paint on the rim of a few pans has also started chipping already, even those that are not used heavily.
For the price I expected something durable, but this is unacceptable quality.

WORST PANS EVER BOUGHT

These pans are BY FAR the worst things I've ever owned. Non-stick ability was going after 1 month. We NEVER used any metal utensils, only wood and silicon, and the pans still chipped and scratched within weeks. Even the lids that come with the saucepans chip the rim of the pans. Huge waste of money.

Beautiful pans, amazing performance

I have had this set of pans for over a year now and have been raving about them to my friends & family. The quality is amazing, and after over a year of using the 8" pan almost every morning for eggs, it still looks like it did the day I got it, and it performs even better.
The key is to follow the directions exactly: heat on low-medium low for 90 seconds with nothing in the pan, then add your choice of cooking oil (I use bacon grease), then add food once the oil is warmed/melted. Only use sponge, along with dish soap & water, to clean. I truly believe I'll use these pans for years to come, and will buy more.

Worst pan i have ever owned. Sticks like crazy

I regret buying this pan. After the first use, it needed a LOT of oil just to cook simple eggs. It sticks like crazy and ruins most of my omelets. Also, it is high maintenance.

After 1.5 years I can say that these pans are not worth the money. They claim to be scratch resistant, but they scratch so easily. The gold handles are now silver. They are no longer nonstick.

I bought this set, a couple of months ago, I was very excited and looking forward to my new pans. For the amount of money I paid, I was super disappointed! The first month my pans started pealing on the sides, I had to be extra careful making sure it doesn’t touch or rubs on anything else. If it accidentally touches another pan it creates a scratch. Unfortunately, This pans are not created to last you years and that is very disappointing. The food quickly starts sticking and it worsened during time. The exterior pain has also started to peel and chips inside and out. If the oils fall to the side than it also sticks and its very hard to clean off, it has created permanent marks. Again, I’ve only had this set for 3 months and within a month started noticing the pealing, scratches, and marks. I would not recommend this set the only positive thing I can say is the color is beautiful with a gold handle. Please see the attached picture!

Horrible pans

I bought these pans 6 months ago. They started off great. We never used the dishwasher. To clean them, we only used the sponge sold by green pan. Never used metal cooking utensils. Only silicone. We always allowed the pan ample time to heat up before use. About 30 days after purchase, the pans had no non stock ability. Became so difficult to clean. Honestly worst pans we’ve ever owned. Cooking anything from eggs to chicken or even heating up something would make the most difficult stained on mess that took significant time to clean.

Don’t buy from this company!

I purchased our cookware set a month and a half ago and already I am seeing chips and flakes on my 11 inch diameter pan. This pan has never been in the dishwasher. I hand wash each time. I don’t stack it on top of anything else. I have never used any metal utensils on it. I have followed all of the instructions and have taken extremely good care of this pan. Still, lots of chips and flakes after only one and a half months of use! I can only imagine what this pan will look like a year from now…I called customer service, and they said that there are no refunds. They said chips and flakes are completely normal. But again, after only one and a half months of use and after being so cautious?? They said that they only will send replacement from manufacture defects. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed because I was looking forward to having this set for many years (or at least one year!!) Don’t buy from this company! They do not offer refunds, their products have poor quality, and they do not stand by their products. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
