Eggs are impossible

If you buy the reserve ceramic with gold toned handles, you will need to buy a separate pan specifically for eggs. It’s impossible to make an over medium egg without it sticking to the pan even using oil or butter. Prove me wrong GreenPan. I’ll totally change my rating if you post a video start to finish placing pan on the stove, flame setting, flipping it with no stick etc…

Don’t buy

I got this set as a house warming gift. After 2-3 uses the pans became disclored with stains that do not come off. There is scratches in it after a 1 month. When using the small frying pan everything sticks and burns to the pan. It’s very unfortunate to pay so much money for something that didn’t last very long .

Awesome for 8 months then failed

I received this fry pan as a Christmas gift and loved it for the first 8 months we had it. I will note that it had a dent in the metal band around the lid upon opening and I also noticed a tiny divot in the bottom of the pan. It worked beautifully for months and then suddenly the nonstick property failed. I am not sure what happened. I use soft clots for cleaning and we always use ghee or avocado oil in the pan when cooking. Based on the pan failing so soon and so suddenly, I would not recommend

These Pan are horrible! DO NOT BUY!

We have been using these pans for 2 years. The edges are chipping so bad that they are cutting our fingers. I wrote a very polite email sharing our concerns and we were told that there is no issue. They recommend pan protectors, which we use. Please be aware! See below for Consumer Service Response. Very sad that these beautiful pans are made so cheaply.

I am very sorry, but this would be considered a cosmetic flaw.
Since there is no issue affecting functionality, this is not covered under our warranty and does not require replacement.
Chipping is a natural occurrence with Ceramic Non-stick.
Chipping up to 1 to 2 mm is a perfectly normal occurrence because Ceramic coatings are very hard – i.e. in the same way as Porcelain Ceramics are hard but not very flexible. Secondly, unlike with PTFE coatings, Thermolon does not require any chemical adhesive primer to stick to the pan. Thermolon’s adhesion relies solely on roughening the pan’s surface before the coating is applied, which creates a natural lock and key adhesion.
Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths because it will be less prone to scratching during daily use.
The great thing is that our products do not contain any PTFE or other PFAS, and they are free of Lead and Cadmium.
If chipping is present along the rim, it is recommended to use pan protectors.
We take great care in reviewing all warranty claims. We have experts who can easily determine whether a manufacturing defect is present.
I would like to assure you that your product is perfectly safe for use

Great pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the GreenPan - Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frypan Set | Black with Gold-Tone Handles. I love the sizes of these pans and they are beautiful. Nothing I’ve cooked has stuck to these pans. I would definitely recommend this pans to anyone.

Beautiful Pan- awful quality!

I bought these pans on Memorial Day of last year. We hand wash them and use wooden utensils. The pans chip so easily, you can knock them on the side at all. They stain and the sponge they provide does not remove it! Waste of money in our opinion, we are so bummed and disappointed with these products for the money! My first ever purchase of a set of pots and pans and I wanted a nice set and I was so let down. Would love money back! Happy to send back my product!
