I am so excited about this cookware. Not only does it look fab in my kitchen, but I am loving cooking with it. I cook on a gas stove, and it heats up so fast. I find I can cook on a lower heat setting, so like that I don't have to crank up the heat to get a nice crust on my food. And, it cleans up so easily.

Eggs don't stick!

I bought this pan a few months ago. This pan handles eggs better than my last non-stick pan. This in itself makes it worth the purchase for me. My food also heats up quickly and cooks well.

Love them! Beautiful, cooks evenly, nonstick...definitely purchasing more. So glad we read the directions (not something we normally do with pots and pans), no high heat, no Pam...wash with mild soap and water.
