[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a Greenpan. I was super impressed with the pan overall. I love the yellow color and the gold hardware. This pan needs a little more maintenance than other pans I have had. I followed all the recommendations for low heat, using oil and using silicone utensils. I want this pan to last as long as possible. I would love if this pan was induction because I have some induction burners but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I love the large span of the pan. I can fit everything in at once. I also love that it comes with a lid. Deeper sauté pans usually come with a lid but not frying pans. The pan is heavy and well made. I haven’t tried it in the oven yet because I’m concerned that if high heat from the stove top can ruin the pan, how can it go in a scorching oven? Overall it’s a great pan for everyday use. I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the tips before using this pan, and I love it! It has a sleek feel to it and using oil in the pan before cooking seems to really help the food not get stuck to the pan!
