Volume buttons and other buttons do not work properly except for the power button. Personalized design looks very cheap.

10/10 Headphones, Best Bday Gift to myself

First of all, the custom design came in exactly as I hoped, and I couldn't be more thrilled about that. I've been using these for about 2 weeks now, and I am perfectly happy with my decision to purchase them. I've only charged them one time, and it seems like one charge will last a week or two depending on how much I use them in a day. They're comfortable to wear for hours on end, and the sound quality is amazing. The app features to control sound/noise cancelling are really handy when I'm at work and need to keep an ear out for calls & alerts.
I would like to suggest that the buttons be less sensitive or in a different location on the next gen because I accidentally press them often when taking them off or putting them on. This doesn't make a difference to me personally, but it would be nicer to my Google assistant if it didn't get its hopes up every time I take them off/put them on.
Bottom line - these are amazing headphones and I hope they last me forever.
