constant pausing driving me insane

the constant pausing is absolutly infuriating. Its smart for when I actually want my headphones off but I'll yawn and it pauses my video. All I want to do is take a nap while listening to a podcast but I can't do that when it's pausing every few seconds. Since I use these on my pc there's no app so every time I have to turn these on I have to turn off the noise cancelling every time and I'm at my wits end at this rate these are getting sold. The only good thing about them is their battery life

To reset: Turn the headphones on then Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. Overall headphones our outstanding!

Right out of the box the headphones hooked up to my iPhone 15. They also easily connected with my Sony TV allowing me to watch TV in complete silence. I primarily purchased the headphones to be able to use on airplanes; however, I have found plenty of times I could just use them to listen to music in high quality.
