If you want to listen to bass heavy music, these are not the headphones for you. I bought one pair then returned it thinking they were broken due to how they sounded but after getting another pair I’ve realized that that’s just the way they are. They have a very low threshold for the amount of bass they can produce without distorting the rest of the sound in the song. The features are great but when I buy a pair of 200 dollar headphones I expect to be able to listen to my music on full volume with no issues.

NOTHING NEW JUST A WASTE OF MONEY

First time buying jbl products this 660nc headphones sound good but not great as others. A bit uncomfortable but annoying that the right cup doesn't seal well at the bottom, I wish I could return them but I CAN'T because nothing tells you that you cannot return it when you are buying it. Now I'm stuck with them what a waste of money. PEOPLE DON'T BUY PERSONALIZED UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP THEM

Not noise canceling

The 660NC sounds great. Could be a little louder but I'm fine with the way it is. I turn on the noise canceling but still can hear others talk unless the music is playing. I thought it would drown out noise without anything playing. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars.

Poor wiring.

Sound and clarity are great, but after only 4 months, the tiny wires in the cable near the earphone broke - worthless!

Not worth it

Got these about 2 weeks ago to use for working out. My AirPods are way louder, there is no bass, and the small amount of bass there is sounds like it’s coming from a busted headphone with the volume all the way up. They are comfortable which is why i have two stars. I would return but threw away the boxes. I don’t recommend.

We're here to help with your JBL Live 660NC. Please do a Factory Reset, With the headphones switched ON, press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons for more than 5 seconds. The LED blinks two colors, and now you have reset to factory settings. If you need more help, please contact our Customer Support so we could try other steps.
