They slide down lower much

Brace hurts badly

The rubber piece you have at the top of this it’s too confining and hurts can’t wear it at all. Too tight at bottom too. I bought one a few years ago it did not have that Rubber piece and it was nice and soft at the top and the bottom of the sleeve and it was perfect. Do the women’s sizes also have those rubber confining pieces? If so why did you change this so much when your other one was so extremely comfortable? Please respond to this as I would love to have one of the older models. Thank you so much because I know I wasted my money on this one because I cannot wear it at all. Hoping to hear from you ASAP. The size chart on your page does not fit the size it claims to fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You used to sell a size 6XL. That was the perfect size and fit and provided great relief to my bad knee. You no longer sell it, so I checked the sizing chart and it said that the size I ordered would fit a 25 inch thigh and my thigh is 23 inches. I could not get it past my knee it was so tight, so I returned it. Bring back the 6XL.

Good but something has changed

They fit well but for some reason they cause an irritation on the back of my thighs. The skin was rubbed raw on both legs an area about an inch wide. I thing it’s the gel that helps them stay in place. I just roll the tops down problem solved. Never had this issue before not sure what’s changed.
