I bought one for my knee a couple of years ago and wore it out so I had to buy another and it is well worth it. I don't know what copper does but it's good. If I wake up in the morning and my knees, mostly the left one, hurt I just put a Tommy copper on and bam,it just sucks the pain right away. It is amazing how quickly it works. One of the best investments I've ever made. I highly recommend it for whatever joint might be ailing you, try one on for size, you won't regret it.
