[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Searching for a long term laptop led me down the rabbit hole of performance options and balancing a reasonable price. Hence the legion 5i. I'm not a gamer or a browser of trinkets. I do however have a big love for music. Both listening to and playing music has developed into a large collection of songs, lyrics, endless set lists, band photos and various information. Not to mention protools recording software and the like.
So I needed something up to date to last long term with a good amount of storage space. I believe this was my best choice around $1700.
A "gaming " computer is just a term. No I don't need awesome graphics for what I'm doing but hey.. Look at all the guts. That's where it's at.
