I’m very happy with my purchase. The laptop performs better than I thought it would which isn’t something I’ve experience often. It’s also very sturdy, and I appreciate the sleek design housing all of its powerful components.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hardware seems to be quite solid and the industrial design of the case is even quite stylish. The only things I wish were different are: I wish it had individually programmable LED backlights on the keyboard instead of “zones”, and I wish the case was easier to open for RAM upgrades and such. Other than that everything is great.
As usual with these high-powered laptops, the airflow under the bottom is not that great and it really needs a cooling pad under it (fan isn’t really needed in my experience, just needs lifting up and more airspace under the thing) to reach full cooling potential. But even without that it runs fine.
I’m also grateful that Lenovo decided to keep the bloatware to a minimum. There wasn’t as much stuff as usual that I needed to uninstall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is great! Mine actually came with a RTX 3070 TI and it performs pretty much the same as a 3080 in a laptop. It works great for what I need it for!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic value! Compared to other brands it's nearly impossible to beat the specficiations to cost ratio of the Lenovo legion. The port selection also helps avoid needing to buy expensive hubs/adapters. I also rely appreciate the subdued design compared to other 'gaming' computers, especially since I use this computer primarily for work that requires powerful components.
