Unable to get it to work. Have watched the support videos but no luck. Reconfirmed compatibility and it comes back as compatible. Will attempt one last time and if it doesn't work I will need to return it.

It is cumbersome than other devices and I am still waiting for the support. It has been couple weeks and my air conditioner is down …

I love that I can set schedules & access the app to change the temp any time from anywhere. I'm also looking forward to getting a few sensors to control the temp more at night in our rooms.
The installation guide on the app was extremely easy to follow and I had no problems installing the thermostat. The app was also very easy to setup my thermostat.
Does not work tried every type of connection and it just does not turn on
