Read the instructions, especially the use of the C adapter. Had a pro install both my new units, of course, he never used the C adapter. Go figure! But both units are running great, easy to program and modify. Money well spent!

I get this thermostat and I installed everything works very good I was happy but work only for one week after that the little screen was blinking and on the app it said wifi offline I try to reset and nothing I do so many things to fixed and nothing works so I decided to returned i go to the store get a regular thermostat and everything works normal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the only smart thermostat I have purchased and used so I cannot compare it to others. I am using this one because of my experiences and success with the Wyze cameras if have been using. It has the features I was looking for and work quite well. I have had three time in the first two weeks that I had to power down and reboot the thermostat because it lost connection to the router. I'm still waiting for a longer use tome to see if this will be a problem.

Easy to install and easy to use with the app. The only negative I have is I cannot schedule the fan to be on or off. Meaning, my former programmable thermostat allowed me to have the fan "on" for a certain amount of time and then switch to "refresh" or "off" and another time.
