I have enjoyed this so fare. Programming and installation was fast easy , I’m like this product it’s really nice looked up to see your setting on the app and switch over look at my cameras also.

There needs to be a way to put the stat into manual mode easily without having to initiate a set hold , it seems to have a mind of its own even with schedule set

It doesn't work with my older a/c system. I wish there was a warning before purchasing the product. A note that instructs you how to make sure it is compatible before you buy it.

The base unit sometimes seems unresponsive and frozen. The online application works well though. So I usually just access the thermostat from my phone instead of the unit on the well.

Easy to set up and use. Nice having being able to control it from the app! Mine seems to be registering 1 degree off from my last thermostat. I just adjusted my temps accordingly. Love it!

I purchased a second thermostat for a friend a d tried to install it for them. It blasted heat instead of cold. Despite just downloading the app on my friend's phone, the option to reverse heat and cold was not in his app like it was in mine for my home. The app needs improvement.
