Thermostat was not compatible with my system, albeit my a/c being a newer units. We spent three days troubleshooting with no success. Very disappointed.

We have two homes and installed one in each home. They both went offline and we could not reset. In my opinion, this is an inferior product and would suggest you not purchase. When we’re away we have no confidence they continue to work so we re-installed our old thermostats in each home. We have many other Wyze products of which we are completely satisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Thermostat took only 20 minutes to install. Directions were very clear and all parts necessary for installation were included in the package. I like that the app has the capability to share control with another household member. The manual controls are also easy to figure out and use. This is a great product for the price.
No one setup a schedule and i cant delete it. The temperature wont set to what i set it at
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke after a Year of Use

Had the thermostat for little over a year. Had to frequently power off the circuit breaker to maintain usage. Then this week, it was offline and turned breaker off and on, and nothing. No response at all from thermostat. Luckily I kept the old thermostat and reintalled.it and everything is working fine. I have Wyse cameras, doorbell and watch....all good. But can't recommend the thermostat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Instructions are easy to follow and take your time doing it. Had it close to a month and had zero problems with it. Filter reminder with type was a great extra so when I am at the store I know what my size is. I really like how you can adjust the temperature reading and humidity. I set two different temp gauges that I trusted and the wyze thermostat was close.
