Set up was flawless. Most importantly - this was USER FRIENDLY after installation!!! I am so glad I still had time to return my Amazon thermostat and went with this one instead! Even with having a heat pump I had no issues.

Works Great, but keep picture of Old Thermostat

The Wyze Thermostat works great. The installation was pretty straight forward, but it helps if you have some experience with wiring. You MUST keep a photo on your old thermostat, with wires attached. If you ever need to change the network name or password the Thermostat uses you need to go through the entire installation process again, including identifying what wires are connected where on the old thermostat. Without the picture, it can't be done.

Great product... I was slow with learning the features because I was used to using the NEST thermostats. Once I unlearned that system, I was able to navigate through the learning quite quickly. I am definitely more than satisfied with the WYZE thermostats.

The interface is a little clunky in my opinion. Also the temperature reading of the thermostat in the climate center right next to it or off by a couple of degrees and I couldn’t find any reasonable explanation on your website as to why that might be or how to troubleshoot it.

I had the Honeywell T9 and decided to get rid of it and switch to this. It was well worth it. The thermostat works better than the T9. I recommend this product to anyone that is looking to get one.

Thermostat itself is great! 1 star removed because the app autoswitch function drains your battery super fast. That could probably be remedied in the future, but the autoswitch function is unusable because of it.
