This thermostat has already saved us money. We used to have an issue where the heater would set off the alarm system so we had to remember to turn it off everyday. Now that it's automated we don't worry any more. Lots of great features, just wish that the geo-fence was more reliable.
I am having an issue setting up. My heater is blowing cold air. I need help !!! But I do love it! Once I get some help to fix my problem it will be perfect !
Item looks great but install instructions were confusing and not accurate. Thermostat was not compatible with my HVAC unit. Item has been returned
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought it a while ago and installed it myself. It was very easy to do and I had no issue at all! The installation took maybe 15 minutes but I’ve never done this before so you can probably do it faster.
I love all the functions with it! Easy to use, it looks amazing on the wall! I have 0 complains and I don’t understand how this product can get anything but a 5 star review. I hope they will add the room to room sensor.
Purchased the thermostat one month ago and it work great until today (our coldest day ever 19f degrees). Now, no matter what I do it won’t connect to the network, but the router says it’s connected! There is no phone number for service. You need to walk through endless internet pages to finally request a replacement! Horrible!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reluctant to install as im losing faith in the consistency of Wyze interactions. I have color bulbs that i want to actually turn on and off at specific times, yet this fails on a daily basis and becomes a hit or miss...i cant take that risk with the HVAC system in my house if the app cant even turn on/off a bulb properly, so yes i have to install the thermostat
Easy to setup. Some of the videos on Youtube especially helped with blue wire that need to be connected to common. Noted that the blue wire at the HVAC is not connected to co24v.
The base plate doesn’t cleanly cover the old thermostat area leaving an ugly unpainted area. Maybe a design that would cover the old would be awesome.
