Outstanding thermostat at an outstanding price. I’m a licensed mechanical journeyman and I’ve tried a lot of thermostats but the features cannot be beat in a single thermostat. It also has the versatility of being used on a lot of different systems. The fan recycling feature based on time is especially great during the pandemic.

It’s awesome. I had an issue installing and I opened a ticket and no one replied. My only issue with over 10 products purchased. I was able to get it working on my own though. As the issue was I did not pay close enough attention to the instructions.

I replaced last Smart Thermostat with this Wyze Therm. You guys did a class job on the instructions and made things very easy. The Thermostat works great and easy to control just like the rest of my Wyse products. It would be nice to do away with the 5 degree spread from low to high so we can adjust the temperature temporarily as needed.

Manual blower operation did not function, haven't done diagnostic yet.
A lower temperature setting this is installed in a weekend lake house I like to set temperature at 40F.
A high, low temperature, humidity warning even when in off setting.
A motion indicator indicating motion around stat with history.
On the plus side its a good price point looks clean and I like the option of activating even if in the off position as long as I have full control of options.
Should be more feedback in app, temperature graph, outside temperature, weather.

For $50 it's unbeatable! Works just like advertised, easy to install, easy app to use, and very convenient. EVERYTHING works perfect and it looks so nice and clean! The wyze app walks you through every step of the install and makes it super easy for someone who has never installed a thermostat before.
