Easy install, lacking instructions on how to setup

The thermostat install process was great. Well documented and easy to follow step by step. Very impressed w/ the app to install. Once installed, it was a little confusing to set up the temp, time, triggers. There are schedules, rules, location, time. Wish there were instructions on how to use it. I had to call help desk and they helped me through the set up step by step (which was super helpful). I mean, I just wanted to set up for home/away/sleep based on time and if my phone was away, then, it should put to away. Something that most people would use it for.

I love the thermostat but the harness the wires are not easy to use having to screw the old ones in from the furnace and then the ones on the harness are not a solid wire so the pieces of the wire are hard to get around the screw on the control board.
