Great product for an affordable price. Wish it had a few more control options like vacation mode and to schedule a vacation. I’m sure they will add some other cool features like they always do but until then I give it 4 stars because it can be a great product and does what it’s suppose to.
It doesn’t work with 2 stage Heat Pumps. I tried for an entire day, following directions to a T and reading comments about this issue on the forum until I finally gave up. However, it works great in another location that doesn’t have a heat pump. Wyze should either fix this issue or disclose the fact that it isn’t compatible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Wyze Thermostat was easy to install, easy to program and works great. We purchased a new home that had a standard thermostat, I love having a smart thermostat again!
Thermostat only lasted 1 year before it stopped working. Making the extra investment in a different well known brands, will a a better choice. Wyze has a long ways to go

I am using for a garage heater but there is no way to turn the heater "off" in the schedules. This takes a lot of the usefulness away for me. 5 stars if it could be turned off or had the ability to set the minimum temp below 50.
The first one I tried was defective so it was replaced but I never got to install it because I decided to move to Texas so I am taking it to my new house. Will review when installed
