Very easy to install. Works like it should. Instructions missed a step. Turn off data when trying to communicate with it. I turned off data and it started it no problem

Works as directed, however, drops internet connection frequently. Typically unable to recover. Have home security, multiple cameras, and a doorbell cam that do not have this issue.

Nice product, a little of a challenge to install

So far, so good. Nice product at a great price point. Installing is a little of a challenge, so suggest you do NOT setup schedule until after a day or so. It messes with your installation, and instructions are pretty weak.

Installation was relatively simple. I had to disconnect the "G" wire because the blower motor would not turn off after temperature was reached. Learned this via a UTube video from and professional installer. Other than that it is easy to operate via the app or manually using the wheel.

Two issues have affected my review. Number one is the available temperature range. I can’t imagine that I am the only person to see the advanced having a remote they at a vacation home; but, I I’m really not interested in keeping the house at 50° while I’m away. A low end of 40° Would have been much more preferable. You should have had these range limitations in the advertising.
Number two is the lack of instruction available. A couple of paragraphs in the printed material would have been enough to save me an hour or two of experimentation on setting and removing schedules.
