Very easy to install. Very easy to program. It has reduced my utility bill by 15% in Texas. Be sure to take pictures of your setup as you go along in case you want to take this thermostat with you when you move. I have several Wyze products and they have all been high quality, easy to install and manage.

Great clean design. Easy installation except that it needs power - which is obvious for a wifi enabled thermostat. (but my previous one had batteries) So, if you just have two wires coming to your existing thermostat, you will have to run another wire from your heating system or you can't use the Wyze thermostat. I really wanted to use it so I ran some extra wire which was not easy. Which is why I debated only giving 4 stars. But it's was definitely worth it! It's a great thermostat and the app is pretty good too!

It wouldn’t work for my application after it said it would work with mine. But they were fair after dealing with engineers to help it work and they ended up refunding me my money. Love my WYZE cameras still tho.
