I am enjoying the Wyze Thermostat. It works well, has lots of actions I can use to keep the house comfortable, and it's easy to understand. My only issue is with my network. Since I live out in a rural area our internet/wireless is less than ideal. Sometimes I switch a setting on the thermostat but it takes it a while to actually switch (ie..on, off, heat, cool...) But maybe a signal booster would help?
Anyway, works as intended and I always enjoy one more item on my Wyze App list to mess with :).

Very easy install. Looks great. The auto home/away functionality doesn't work well. It kept thinking I was away and changing the mode, even though I was home. And other times when I would arrive home it wouldn't update. So I turned that feature off. But other than that it works great.
Would be nice to be able to turn the fan on for a given amount of time. Instead you have to remember to turn it off.
