I installed this in my Mobile home ! Were easy install I didn’t have a neutral wire, i started to use the converter and decided to just pull a new wire and that made for a very easy install! The setup was very easy also. I have install other device and Wyze is the most easiest I have come across so far!

The thermostat overall is a great unit. Small, compact with all the options you could ask for.
Easy to install and setup. Can be changed while on the road (or monitored). I also have one Wyze sensor to go with it and it works awesome.

Disconnects from signal every 4 days. Pput modem and router on ups and all worked thru a real power outage, so that is not problem. Unit disconnects for no apparent reason.

The thermostat is not very accurate. The preset schedule range for away and home is very annoying with the range, it needs to be customizable. I have basically turned it back into a standard dumb thermostat because in the middle of the night it will move the setting and you have to restart it. The dead band is to large for an AC in a house.
