I have had the laptop a little while now.
One thing that I am disappointed in is the quality of the product.
It does the job okay for what I purchased it for. If I have paid the full price I would have sent it back.

The laptop is very well made with a sturdy looking keyboard. The keys look larger than those on the Dell it replaced. Colours on the screen were a disappointment and were less well defined and 'washed out' when compared to my old Dell.
Function keys controlling sound volume are a very useful feature.
Setting up my HP laptop from MS Office 365 could not have been easier, everything was done for me in the background.
