This is my first successful attempt to use a cup (and it's actually a disk)! I've always thought this type of cup would work for me after successfully using the Nuva Ring but I've never wanted to buy disposable disks and add to the landfill. (After all, isn't that one of the main reasons we're all ditching tampons?!) When I saw this one I was so excited I bought it immediately and ever since my periods have been anticipated events (slight exaggeration). But seriously...my period kit is now complete.
And the self-emptying feature is just gratuitous at this point (seriously, is this disk PERFECT or what?!) but it is my absolute favorite part of this disk. I do like to remove it for cleaning when I'm home but self-emptying is the coolest thing that has ever happened to me on the go! Who would have thought any reusable period device could actually be EASIER than tampons?
I have yet to attempt sex with this disk but all the other positive comments about it leave me feeling optimistic. TBD.

Ive tried many other menstrual cups and options over the years. This is the most awesome product I’ve used. It never leaks, and you are literally unaware of it. Other products leaked, took a long time to learn to use, and were uncomfortable. Ziggy is the first product that immediately worked and worked WELL!!!!!

I have tried a number of different menstrual cups but found them hard to insert properly. I decided to try the Ziggy cup because it was a completely different shape. I have found this to be much easier to insert & it makes a good seal to prevent leaks. Very comfortable to wear

Really comfortable, easy to use. As a long time cup user, it easy to get used to using it. Its a little trickier to get into the right position that I wont leak, but you just need to trial and error to find the configuration that works best for your anatomy. I really like the way theres no suction when i remove it.

I’ve only been using this a few days, but I’m already incredibly impressed. I had a prolapse after my second child and as a result have found that tampons and other menstrual cups tend to slip down and are therefore uncomfortable and leak. I discovered a menstrual single use menstrual disc that worked well, but was keen to reduce my plastic waste so thought I’d give this a go. So pleased I did. Worn on my heaviest days with absolutely no leakage and don’t even know that it’s there while I’m wearing it, even when I’m exercising. Absolute game changer, never going back!
