I had tried other cups before and they never seemed to fit comfortably and confidently. This one is so easy to insert, it stays put the entire time, it actually made sex more enjoyable! The travel case is super handy. I’m actually not dreading next months cycle!

I like this more than the other cups. It seems to not leak as easily and doesn't give me the plugged up feeling like other ones. I do think the packaging was a little much. but otherwise I'll likely use it for several years.

I'm so glad I switched to Ziggy! I had the Diva cup for over 8 years, but as time went by, my cramps got worse and worse to the point I couldn't use the cup for the first 2-3 days.
Then I found Ziggy and it works marvels! I took me a few days to understand how to put it in and today it's my new best friend!

Easier to use than traditional cups

I had a lot of difficulty (and pain!) using traditional size cups, so I was surprised how well the Ziggy cup works for me. I found it to have an easier learning curve as well. The storage case is nice, I like how they can both be completely sanitized. When I opened the package I was shocked how large it was because it was recommended for smaller people, but it seems to be working fine. If there was a smaller size available I think that would be slightly more comfortable for me (It doesn't leak, but it doesn't quite 'stay in place' where it is supposed to, and there's no room to push it back further), but I don't have any pain or discomfort with this one. It was a little costly to ship to Canada though.

I wore it my last period and I had a little leakage on my first 2 days (the heaviest days) but after that I adjusted it better and was able to be comfortable.
It takes more minutes than a tampon or a pad to clean an out every time you need to do it, but you have more hours in between to clean empty it.
I also tried it during sex and even tho we had a little leakage it was really great and overall.

I had been using disposable disks like this but wanted to be more environmentally friendly. This material of this cup is so smooth and I love the little case that comes with it. Removal is easy. My only complaint is that the ring around the top is quick thick and is painful to insert even if I use a lubricant to help. If that ring was thinner and more rounded, this would be perfect. Next cycle I'm going to try inserting it rotated sideways and then twisting it into place once it's in. Hopefully that will be less painful.
