I am very impressed with this cup, I am using other cups, so got quite familiar with my anatomy and found inserting and positioning the cup easy. The main reason I got it was the claims of period sex and it didn’t disappoint! My partner couldn’t feel the cup during the intercourses and neither could I. I am converted - absolutely amazing design and found it more comfortable than my other cups

I have been using Ziggy cup for only 2 cycles now but WOW what a game changer!! I have been having such relaxing periods that it shocks me. I used to have so much anxiety and dread around tampons and pads, always viewing my period as a write off week. Not anymore!!! I also tried having sex with it in and it was fantastic, my partner also couldn’t feel it during penetration.
As far as the ease of insertion and removal, it takes some practice. I think I had an upper hand because I used the NuvaRing for years and it’s a very similar process. I recommend removing it while sitting over the toilet to avoid spills.
Overall 10/10 product, I hope this never gets discontinued or out of stock!!

This is amazing!! I’d tried other cups and they were ok but this beauty is a game changer! So easy to put in and take out. Even though I have a tilted cervix this cup stayed in place and allowed me have that much needed intimacy during my monthly ‘refit’. Took 8 hours before needing to remove, clean and put back in. Recommending to all my menstruating friends!

I bought this after being on the implant for 2 years, I hadn't had a proper period for 8 years because of being on the pill and I was honestly terrified because my teenage years were full of pain, huge pads, and flooding through two sets of underwear. The Ziggy cup has honestly changed how my life at that time of the month can go. I am finally able to be active, and even do something as simple as sleep without having to wake up every 3 hours to change a pad. No leaks at all, cant feel it inside, and once I got the hang of it (I found my thumb can angle it best behind the pelvic bone) it doesnt budge at all! I was dancing at a concert and still it didnt move! Would highly recommend to anyone who previously felt dominated by their periods!

I hate tampons, and there's no way I'm wearing just pads. I have tried some of those disposable discs in the past and LOVED them but they were just too expensive to keep replenishing every month. And then I tried a diva cup but it was uncomfortable to insert and honestly I hated the suction. When I found out there was such a thing as a re-usable period disc, let me tell you I COULD NOT BUY IT FAST ENOUGH. And I'm so glad I did, I'm literally never going to use anything else. This thing was completely leak-free, comfortable to insert and I didn't feel it at all once it was in. It was a little bit tricky to remove just because I had trouble getting a good grip on it, but overall wow I have already recommended this to several friends.
