Great cup for beginners, light periods, and most, I imagine. I bought my Lily cup to save money, reduce waste, and avoid painful tampons. I'm pretty tight down there, so removing my Lily cup was painful at first. That is my only con.

I bought the Lily Cup about a month ago and I was a little scared to try it. I’ve always has issues with a heavy flow and bleeding through too quickly and i’ve been trying to be more sustainable. This has seriously been the best thing i’ve used for my period. It is easy to insert after a few days of learning, is leak free for 8 hours, and is easy to wash and store.

I bought this years ago as a first go with menstrual cup. The two other brands I’ve tried just weren’t cutting it for me.
I repurchased the Lily Cup One twice now and have no intentions of using anything else.
I love the loop on the cup rather than just a post of sorts. It compacts on itself for easier storage and travel which is a MUST for me.

Lily Cup One is Here, Have No Fear!

I have always been intrigued by menstrual cups, but was a bit fearful as they seemed complex to use. I didn't know which one to choose, and after some research into quality and the best cups for first time users, I got the Lily Cup One. I had to adjust it the first time I used it because it didn't open properly, but after that I got the hang of it. I'm on my second cycle using it, and I feel like a pro. I have a job where I can't always go to the washroom when I want to, and with this cup, I don't have to worry about checking for leakage for 12 hours. It is absolutely life changing. It's good for the environment and reduces waste on top of it all. I will definitely be buying more Intimina products. The medical grade silicone is so soft and not irritating. I would highly recommend this product. I've already recommended this to friends, but some have had vagina child births and so they got other intimina cups. I hope by the time I have kids, this cup comes in a size to accommodate that.

I bought this a year ago. Since then, I've been using it every month. I didn't need any complementary products to feel safe, and it only leaked once when I put it up wrong. My cervix travels a lot, so sometimes I need to readjust the cup because it comes out, but thanks to its adjustable size, I can do this easily. Since I use it, my period became less stressful and I don't feel disgusting and stinky anymore. I would recommend it to anyone, and I already did so. Thank you, wonderful product.

I bought this as my first try for a reusable product and I was amazed at how easy it was to use for my first time.
