I bought this as my first try for a reusable product and I was amazed at how easy it was to use for my first time. I got it immediately after hearing about the tampons containing heavy metals and noticed a difference with how I felt during my period as well, no cramps, no lower back pain, and no issues with lack of hunger like I usually have!
I would probably give it just 3 stars, however, I've only tried it for one cycle so far, so I don't think I've tried it enough or have enough experience with it yet to give it only 3 stars. This was my first-ever attempt at using a cup. I've always used tampons. During my cycle, I only managed to get it totally successfully into place twice to where there was the full stoppage of flow leaking past and all the flow contents went into the cup. I have to say, it was SO exciting to me when I realized I had successfully gotten it that first time. The second time I got it was the next time after that, so then I've thought, "Wow, I've got this down!" But then I didn't get it correctly in place again the rest of the cycle. I fully assume that I will get it again in futures cycles. I've read that it can take 3-4 cycles to start to really get it down pat. I would definitely give it 5 stars if I could get this to work every time. It is awesome to use when it works right. I feel like it's more difficult to get into place than the videos and diagrams make it seem. I had also bought period undies at the same time to help with any leaks. The combo of the cup catching some most tries, and the period underwear, worked for me.
This cup is amazing especially for light days and menstrual discharge. I have always had to use liners every single day and this is definitely a game changer. It feels nothings on and the fact that this is collapsible makes it even better. I can just put it in my purse and I'm out the door.
Just finished my first cycle using the lily cup. Was definitely a bit of trial and error with the initial placement, but ultimately I figured it out and didn’t have one leak, which was great!! Overall I’m glad I purchased the cup. I did have two issues personally 1. Since this is my first cup ever I don’t know how they all feel, so they could well all be like this, but the plastic is a little to stiff for me. I wish it were a little more flexible. 2. I do not like the pull hoop. It is more cumbersome then helpful.
I am using the cup today for two months and I can say that it really made my period better. I am still needing to wear small pads but I don't need to worry about leaking over night like I had to be worry about before. Also there is not "the smell". And to not worry all day about changing pads or leaking is just PERFECT!!
i got it a month ago and have only been able to use it for one cycle so far but it was amazing!! so excited to get my period again so i can shove a cup in my coochie
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I bought this product it had just came out so there may have been changes since I used it. I found that it was nice to transport because of the small hard plastic case but it could be easily lost because of the discreet plastic case. I found that it was super similar to the compact and overall it just wasn't big enough to hold a heavy flow. It's a very nice product and a great idea for a "just incase" but it isn't something I can use regularly without getting leakage. I prefer the original Lily cup for that.
I bought this a few weeks ago and tried it out a few times and I'm honestly quite satisfied with it. Although I'm not a first time cup user, the Lily Cup One worked really well for me. I didn't experience any leaks, it was comfortable and easy to remove (especially with the ring stem). The cup is also collapsible which was a really convenient feature where I can just collapse it slightly at the bottom of when my cervix is low.
