Its very easy to use after a small learning curve, and EXTREMELY convenient, and even a little satisfying ngl. It’s nice to not have to worry about changing tampons or leaking or anything for hours on end. I do feel like it gives me some mild cramps, but I’d much rather take that trade off for peace of mind.
I bought the Lily Cup 1 based on a Youtuber recommendation and I'm super happy I got it. it's so easy to use. Everyone always says "Menstrual cups are so easy to use" I was of course septic about this when it came to trying out the Lily cup but seriously everyone is so right. Using s menstrual cup is so easy and I'm so glad I got one. the lily cup seems amazing for learners like myself. I can't recommend it enough.
This is my first menstrual cup and I have only used it for one period since I got it, so I am still getting used to insertion. Once I can get it in it's extremely comfortable and I barely even notice it, which is fantastic. The little carrying case that it comes with is very cute. I kind of wish that the cup and case came in colors other than a bright pink.
I love that it is fordable and can easily fit in with any purse I wore, feeling confident for any unexpected period start. And yeah, small holder on bottom makes it super easy to remove it during the period.
I've had to replace my lily cup one, but I love how it fits internally. You don't feel this cup and the flexibility is great! It's not too soft to think it will fall out and it's firm enough to feel secure. I love the loop tab at the end, it's way more efficient to pull down that other cups. I can keep it in all day without worry of leakage. Amazing!
Really impressed with this product, small, packs away neatly. Was a bit worried about inserting / removing but after the first go it gets easier and easier. I'm not yet at the stage of changing it over in public toilets but for home use it's great. It's let me enjoy swimming even on my period which is amazing. If you're at all intrigued by how this could change your period, I'd say go for it.
